More Than an Agent—A Local You Can Trust

Hi, I’m Debi Davis, and I’ve been helping clients buy and sell real estate since 2010—but my story in the North Country starts long before that. I was born and raised in Berlin and Milan, NH, and I’ve spent my life building businesses, raising a family, and contributing to this incredible community.

Before real estate, I became the first woman in Coos County to sell new and used cars at Berlin City Dealerships. Later, I ran Debi’s Balloons & Hot Bodz Tanning Salon & Clothing Shop for 23 years before selling the business in 2015.

Today, I’m proud to work with RE/MAX Northern Edge Realty, a firm that truly feels like family. We work collaboratively to support our clients and provide exceptional exposure for both buyers and sellers.

I work closely with my husband Arnie, who owns Davis Tree Expert Company and Quality Home Inspections, and currently serves as a New Hampshire State Representative for District 2. Together, we also run Blueberry Heaven, our organic pick-your-own blueberry field in Milan (currently closed for restructuring).
